The charity provides financial support to help with the burgeoning costs of additional qualifications and requirements needed to progress, or be retained within the farming industry, for those currently studying, or those already working within the industry so much needed skills are available for the future. The Foundation also has scope to offer funding and support for projects and schemes promoting conservation, regeneration, and advancement of farming or rural areas within the United Kingdom.

Funding is for additional courses rather than bursaries for universities or college.
