As the professional body for agriculture and horticulture, TIAH’s focus is on supporting new entrants as they join the industry and helping the current workforce build on their existing skills to fulfil their potential.
We are independent organisation established in 2021 to help farmers and growers reach their full potential through continuous professional development and to attract new entrants and support them as they start their careers in the industry Our focus is on English farmers and growers, but anybody working in the industry can become a member.

- Support Career seekers and career influencers with up to date industry information (Role profiles relating to farming jobs and industry profiles)
- Research (careers and workforce related)
- Workforce modelling
- Provide evidence to government on skills and careers
- Provision of a tailored online service for farmers and growers
- Provision of online learning
- Facilitate the development of apprenticeships
- Provide an industry competency framework.
